Fountain Gate Fire today.

So we have had another "hot" tip that there has been a fire down in Narre Warren today.

Shoppers were evacuated into the carpark while the fire fighters come down to put the fire out.

There has been no word on where or what started the fire, we hope that there was no one hurt!

Keep safe, and keep those matches away from your kids.

Werribee Train Line Delays

So a friend of this blog has notified me that there has been some sort of incident at the Footscray Train station where someone may or may not have fallen onto the train line.
We hope that no one was hurt.

Reports coming in that the Werribee Train line is now stopped running and all in and out bound trains have not running at this time.

Once again this is not confirmed, but have come from a reliable source.
If you are on your way home and do use the Werribee train line to get home, I suggest finding a different means to get home as there may be some serious delays via the train.

Hope everyone gets home safely.

Some “Spring” in Melbourne

Ahhhh the pleasantries of a nice 15 degree day.
Not a dark cloud in the sky, and a nice calm breeze. Days like these instantly make me feel better, and I have a feeling, it does for a lot of us too.

I have a theory that there is a direct correlation with the people's moods and the current state of the weather. Nice weather and we feel good.
Cold miserable days make us angry and depressed.
Well, lets put some "spring" in our steps (lame - i know) , because it looks like the cold miserable days are behind us.

And with that, good moods and fun times for all.

Im going to take my time on my walk home, and soak up the daylight and the weather, and Im looking forward to it.

Enjoy the weather, around here it can change quite quick.

Labour wins election

So so so so,

Miss Julia Gillard has scrapped in. The independents have swung their power her way. Well, what does this mean for you and me?

Well personally, I dont see anything special to come from this government. And the fact that the country could not make a clear decision on who would lead  us, tells me that a fair amount of voters did not want this party in power. And therefore may possibly feel the same way I do about the Labour government. No Faith.

The Liberals put up  a good fight. Hats off to them.

As a new day comes close to ending, and a new one comes to a start, lets hope that the "elected" government can prove us all wrong and to some great things with the power which they now have.

Labour wins

Hey Julia Gillard, fix Melbourne's train network - : )

Fathers day,

Happy fathers day to all the dads out there.
With the about of grief I cause my old man, I can say that being a father can't be the easiest job. So a day to celebrate the fathers in our lives, is a good day in my books.

If you haven't done so, give your dad a hug and a kiss and tell him how much he means to you.
Trust me , they love that stuff.

From all of us here at exclusively melbourne, happy fathers day guys!

The one clown

So lately I've been noticing how the ignorance of one or people can really affect so lot of other people. This is most evident in the morning run on the freeway.

Anyone going to the city this morning on the tulla freeway would of taken twice as long due to traffic congestion. Why was it so congested? Some retard broke down in the middle of two lanes.
Now no doubt the 1845 hyundai may of been in fine running order, but the rust and panel damage would suggest otherwise.
So what did this clown do when they noticed their 'car' was playing up?
Park it in the middle of the freeway.
Now I may be tough on this person who made me and possibly alot of people late, but come on, this could if been avoided.  Maybe don't take your rust bucket on the freeway, maybe get it serviced once since it was new, and if it is playing up, get it out of the way of the thousands who want to get past you.
End rant -
Lets think of our fellow man, and make this city a better place for every one. :)
